Your appointments are very important us and your appointment is reserved especially for you. Whilst we understand that sometimes schedule adjustments are necessary; we respectfully request at least 2 working days’ notice for cancellations or changes to your appointment.

Please understand that when you forget or cancel your appointment without giving enough notice; we miss the opportunity to fill that appointment time. Subsequently, clients on our waiting list miss the opportunity to receive the services we offer. We will usually confirm your appointment with you 1-7 days in advance because we know how easy it is to forget an appointment you booked months or weeks ago.

Cancellation Fees

Since the services are reserved for you personally; a cancellation fee will apply if you fail to give at least 2 working days notice. 2 working days or less will result in a charge of £35 and 1 days working notice or less will be charged £50. No shows will be charged £50. For appointments made within the 24 hour period (last minute bookings) a deposit of E50 will be required and full amount will be taken if appointment cancelled.
