Cancelling Your Appointment
Your appointments are very important to us and are reserved especially for you. Whilst we understand that sometimes scheduled adjustments are necessary; we respectfully request at least 24 hours notice for cancellations or changes to your appointment.
Please understand that when you forget or cancel your appointment without giving enough notice; we miss the opportunity to fill that appointment time. Subsequently, clients on our waiting list miss the opportunity to receive the services we offer. For information: We don't confirm your appointment by text, email or any other alternative method of contact, unless by special request.
Cancellation Fees
Since the services are reserved for you personally; a cancellation fee will apply if you fail to give at least 24 hours notice, this is normally 50% of your treatment price. Please note that if you do not attend your appointment without notice you maybe asked to pay in full for future treatments before your appointment.
The cancellation policy gives us the time to inform our standby guests of any availability and keeps our diary busy: Our aim is to provide you with an excellent level of service and our policies help us to achieve this.
